Schedule Meetings
The Sofinnova Japan Biopharma Partnering Conference 2009 is pleased to provide EBD Group’s acclaimed online partnering system. You are encouraged to participate in pre-arranging one-to-one meetings using the online facility. Only meeting requests which are accepted by both parties will be scheduled, ensuring you only have meetings that both parties want.
The online partnering system is now open and will close at close-of-business Tokyo time, Sunday, October 4 to allow for final preparations and printing of schedules. Please note that you need to finalize your partnering PRIOR to this date, as there will be no facilities on site for last minute scheduling. You will still be able to view your schedule online after this date.
EBD will guide you through the process with a series of email updates and reminders. Full partnering, including requesting meetings and setting your availability, will become available approximately four weeks before the event. Meetings will be automatically scheduled during the week before the conference based on your personal availability.
Profile: Start by completing your partnering profile. Your Profile is a brief summary of your company and products.
Functionality Now Open
Search and Request: Search through other attendees’ profiles and request meetings.
Availability: Please indicate when you are available to attend partnering meetings.
Responses: You need to log in to monitor responses to your requests, and to check who has requested meetings with you. You will not be sent emails for every change in your account.
Scheduling: EBD will schedule all agreed meetings, based on the availability of participants, to ensure everyone has the maximum possible number of meetings over the course of the day.
Personal Schedule: Your preliminary schedule will be available a week before the event. Up until the system is closed on October 4, your schedule will be updated daily. You can continue to view your scheduled meetings online after October 4. You will receive a final printed schedule when you arrive at the event.
